Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before making a booking. By completing a booking with SevenStar Limo & Chauffeur ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all bookings made online, by phone or by email, and constitute the entire agreement between you and SevenStar Limo.

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • "Service" means any chauffeur, limousine or transfer service provided by SevenStar Limo & Chauffeur.
  • "Booking" means a confirmed reservation for a Service, whether made online at sevenstarlimo.com.au, by telephone or by email.
  • "Client" means any person or entity who makes a Booking or uses our Service.
  • "Passenger" means any person travelling in a vehicle as part of the Service.
  • "Vehicle" means any motor vehicle used by SevenStar Limo to provide the Service.
  • "Driver" means a CPV-accredited driver employed or contracted by SevenStar Limo & Chauffeur.
  • "Fixed Price" means the fare quoted and confirmed at the time of Booking, inclusive of GST, with no surge pricing or hidden fees.

Bookings & Confirmation

A Booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from SevenStar Limo via email or SMS. We recommend making Bookings at least 24 hours in advance, particularly for Melbourne airport transfers and peak-period travel.

  • Bookings may be made online through sevenstarlimo.com.au, by telephone on +610483841489 or by email at info@sevenstarlimo.com.au.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate pickup details, including date, time, address and passenger count.
  • SevenStar Limo reserves the right to decline any Booking at our sole discretion.
  • Any special requests (child seats, additional stops, luggage requirements) must be noted at the time of Booking and are subject to availability.
  • A Booking is made on behalf of all Passengers and the Client warrants they have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all Passengers.
Note: Last-minute Bookings (less than 4 hours' notice) are accepted subject to vehicle availability and may attract a short-notice surcharge. Please call SevenStar Limo directly on +610483841489 for urgent bookings.

Pricing & Payment

All SevenStar Limo fares are quoted as Fixed Prices and include GST. The price confirmed at the time of Booking is the price you pay — we do not operate surge pricing, hidden fees or metered billing.

  • Payment is accepted by major credit card, debit card or bank transfer via our secure Stripe payment gateway.
  • Full payment is required at the time of Booking unless a corporate account has been established with SevenStar Limo.
  • Additional charges may apply for: waiting time beyond the complimentary allowance; additional stops not included in the original Booking; tolls and parking fees where applicable; and cleaning fees in the event of damage or excessive soiling of the Vehicle.
  • Prices quoted do not include gratuities. Tipping is entirely at your discretion.
  • Corporate account clients are invoiced monthly. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date.
All prices include GST. A tax invoice will be issued upon request. Our ABN is 96619195425.

Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. SevenStar Limo's cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 24 hours' notice: Full refund. No cancellation fee.
  • Between 4 and 24 hours' notice: 50% of the Booking fare is charged as a cancellation fee.
  • Less than 4 hours' notice or no-show: 100% of the Booking fare is charged. No refund will be issued.
  • Special events and peak periods (New Year's Eve, Grand Prix, major concerts): A minimum 72-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours attract a 100% cancellation fee.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. To request a cancellation, please contact SevenStar Limo by phone on +610483841489 or email at info@sevenstarlimo.com.au with your Booking reference number.

SevenStar Limo reserves the right to cancel a Booking in circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, traffic incidents, vehicle breakdown or driver illness. In such cases, a full refund will be issued or an alternative vehicle arranged where possible.

Passenger Conduct

All Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner during the Service. SevenStar Limo Drivers have the right to terminate a journey without refund if any Passenger:

  • Is abusive, threatening or aggressive towards the Driver or any other person.
  • Is intoxicated to a degree that poses a risk to themselves, the Driver or the Vehicle.
  • Smokes or vapes inside the Vehicle.
  • Tampers with, damages or soils the Vehicle or its fittings.
  • Causes an unreasonable disturbance or engages in unlawful behaviour.

The Client will be held responsible for any damage caused to the Vehicle by Passengers. Cleaning and repair costs will be invoiced at market rates and are payable within 7 days.

Seatbelts must be worn by all Passengers at all times. Eating is not permitted in Vehicles without prior arrangement. Alcohol consumption in Vehicles is subject to applicable Victorian law and may only be permitted in licensed hire vehicles with prior written consent from SevenStar Limo.

Wait Time & No-Show

SevenStar Limo Drivers will wait for the following complimentary periods beyond the scheduled pickup time:

  • Standard point-to-point and hourly bookings: 15 minutes complimentary wait time.
  • Domestic Melbourne airport pickups (Tullamarine): 45 minutes complimentary from the scheduled flight arrival time.
  • International Melbourne airport pickups: 60 minutes complimentary from the scheduled flight arrival time.

After the complimentary period expires, wait time is charged at the applicable hourly rate, billed in 15-minute increments. If no contact is made with SevenStar Limo within the wait period, the Driver may depart and the Booking will be treated as a no-show. No-show Bookings are charged at 100% of the fare.

SevenStar Limo monitors all flights in real time. If your inbound flight is delayed, your Driver will be automatically updated and will adjust their arrival accordingly at no additional charge.

Airport Transfers

For all Melbourne airport pickup Bookings, Passengers should meet their SevenStar Limo Driver at the designated meet-and-greet area in the arrivals hall, unless otherwise specified at the time of Booking.

  • Your Driver will carry a name sign for easy identification.
  • Please provide your flight number at the time of Booking to enable real-time flight tracking by SevenStar Limo.
  • Luggage allowance is subject to the capacity of the booked Vehicle. Additional baggage requirements should be declared at the time of Booking.
  • SevenStar Limo services both Melbourne (Tullamarine) Airport and Avalon Airport. Please specify the correct airport at time of Booking.
  • For drop-off transfers, the Client is responsible for allowing sufficient travel time, particularly during Melbourne peak hours. SevenStar Limo is not liable for missed flights due to unforeseen traffic conditions.

Liability

All SevenStar Limo Vehicles are fully insured and comply with all Victorian legislative requirements for commercial passenger vehicle operators. However, to the extent permitted by law:

  • SevenStar Limo is not liable for any loss, delay or consequential damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic conditions, accidents, extreme weather, road closures or mechanical failure.
  • SevenStar Limo is not liable for any personal property left in a Vehicle. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with a Booking shall not exceed the total fare paid for that Booking.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

SevenStar Limo carries public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance appropriate to our operations. Details are available upon request by contacting us at info@sevenstarlimo.com.au.

Privacy

SevenStar Limo collects personal information from you in the course of providing our Services, including your name, contact details, payment information and travel preferences. This information is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your Booking and improving our Service.

  • We do not sell, share or disclose your personal information to third parties except as required to fulfil your Booking (e.g. assigned Driver) or as required by law.
  • Payment information is processed securely via Stripe and is not stored on our systems.
  • You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information at any time by contacting SevenStar Limo at info@sevenstarlimo.com.au.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

SevenStar Limo reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current version, as published at sevenstarlimo.com.au/terms-and-condition/ , will apply to all Bookings made from the date of publication.
